Information on How to Apply

Public Schools:

Most New Orleans Public Schools are on the EnrollNola OneApp. Parents can apply online or come to SciTech to complete a paper application with Mrs. Feiling. Main Round deadline to complete a OneApp for the 2016-2017 school year is Friday, February 26th. All 8th graders must complete a OneApp by this time in order to maximize their chances of being matched to a school of their choice.  It is recommended that families list at least 4 top high school choices on the OneApp.  Some schools do give priority to siblings of current students and geographical location.  COMPLETE YOUR ONE APP NOW!

Ben Franklin and Lusher Charter School utilize the Eastbank Collaborative of Charter Schools application. Applications were due Friday, January 8th. Families interested in applying for 10th grade spots in the 2017-2018 school year, should be on the lookout for these applications and admission test states beginning in October 2016.

Catholic Schools:

The Archdiocese of New Orleans Office of Catholic Schools deadline for applying to Catholic high schools has past. Applications are typically open and are due one week in November with testing the first weekend in January.
